Wizkid & Tems wins 2023 iHeart Radio Award

Nigerian international music stars Wizkid and Tems have both won an award at the 2023 iHeart Radio Awards.

The duo who delivered the international smash hit 'Essence' shared the Best Afrobeats Artist award. They defeated other Afrobeats stars Ckay, Fireboy, and Burna Boy to take home the award.

Tems also won the Best Hip Hop Song for the Best Collaboration for her contributions to Future's 'Wait For U'.

She was also nominated for Best R&B song for her hit single 'Free Mind' which lost to SZA's 'I Hate You'.

The 2023 iHeart Radio Awards was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California and it was hosted by Lenny Kravitz.
