Tinubu meets Buhari in Aso Rock

Tinubu says he visited Buhari to thank Buhari for visiting me in London.

President Muhammadu Buhari meets with the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, in Aso Rock on Sunday, October 31, 2021, behind closed doors.

After the meeting, Tinubu said he visited the president to thank him for checking on him in London after having knee surgery.

He said, “I came to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for visiting me in London when I had knee surgery. He demonstrated empathy. He is an exceptional leader.”

It would be recalled that on Thursday, August 13, 2021, President Buhari visited Tinubu in London.

President Bola Tinubu has appointed Jamiu Abiola as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Linguistics and Foreign Matters. Protesters block East-West road in Rivers, demand action on poverty & hunger

The protesters chose to spotlight the East-west road in the expression of their anger over hunger, poverty and infrastructure deficit in the supposed viable business area. The ongoing nationwide protest, on Monday, spread to the Eleme/Onne section of the East/West Road of Rivers as a large crowd of protesters stormed the popular section connecting the Port Harcourt refineries.
