Senate adjourns plenary with only 10 senators present

The senate in it sittings on Tuesday, February 26 adjourned plenary till March 12.

Senate reconvened to the red chambers after 3-weeks break for the presidential and national assembly elections.

DailyTrust report that in the Tuesday sitting presided by the Senate president, Bukola Saraki, it was observed that only 10 senators were present.

The Senate leader, Ahmed Lawan, moved for the adjournment till March 12 as majority of the senators are still busy with election matters.
