Super Falcons defender Osinachi Ohale has switched sides in Sweden to Växjö DFF.
Super Falcons star Osinachi Ohale has completed a moved to Swedish side Växjö DFF.
Ohale completed the move to Vaxjo from Vittsjö Gymnastik och Idrottsklubb also in Sweden.
The 26-year-old defender is a key member of the Super Falcons set up as she made her debut on the international scene since 2010.
The Swedish oufitt revealed the signing of the Nigerian defender through a statement on the club's official website.
The statement said, “Växjö DFF is very pleased to present the Nigerian national team player Osinachi Ohale as a new player to the association! Osinachi was born in 1991 and comes closest to Vittsjö GIK in OBOS Damallsvenskan.
“Osinachi is defensive player, Osinachi likes to play out situations that fit very well into our game. Her strengths are above all that she has good spelling and is strong on her head. Offensive, she is always dangerous with her long incest. Welcome Ossy!”
Osinachi also took to her official Instagram handle to state her delight about completing the move.
She said, “New home, new challenge, born ready..I'm grateful Lord.. #Växjö dff.”
Ohale was part of the Super Falcons team that beat Gambia to qualify for the 2018 African Women Cup of Nations (AWCON).
