Ex-Governor of Abia state, Orji Uzor Kalu has boasted of his media empire while stressing that the Nigerian media has not been fair and upright.
Kalu, who was at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi on Thursday, November 30, 2017, made this known while heading out of the premises.
"The press are not being fair. I know they are here and that I why I'm saying this loud and clear. I own media houses, I own a newspaper house, radio and TV stations but the press are unfair. The press should be fair and thorough in all its report. It's disappointing," he said.
Obviously not happy with a certain report, the ex-governor, who wore a blue suit, was heard telling his associates that he owns several media outfits but is surprised the media is still not fair in its report.

Orji Kalu's statements
In October, Orji Uzor Kalu, had said the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, has fled to London through Malaysia.
It should be noted that Kalu was one of the few individuals that visited the IPOB leader in detention during his incarceration by for alleged treason.
